Antje Huis is a detached holiday home in the Dutch village of Julianadorp in the Den Helder region. Nestled in a quiet holiday village, it offers a private, secluded retreat on 530 square metres of land.
The light-flooded house, characterized by large windows and open spaces, invites you to relax. In the morning, the sun falls into the smaller bedroom on the upper floor, while the spacious living area with its high ceilings and cozy gas fireplace creates space for sociable evenings. The two terraces allow guests to spend the day outdoors flexibly, depending on the position of the sun - whether at breakfast or at a barbecue in the garden.
The 130 square meter house is thoughtfully designed and particularly appeals to larger families or groups of friends. The open structure and the interplay between the indoor and outdoor areas ensure a lively but at the same time harmonious coexistence. The proximity to the North Sea, just 1000 meters away, reinforces the feeling of freedom and closeness to nature. Walks on the beach, sunsets or sporting activities by the sea make a vacation at the Antje Huis an all-round relaxing experience.
The hosts are the Bach family. They see the house as a meeting place - a meeting point for families across generations. In this idyllic setting, you can escape from everyday life without sacrificing comfort. The area is just as attractive for children as it is for adults, and dogs are also welcome. The Den Helder region is also one of the sunniest areas in the Netherlands and offers the ideal combination of accessibility (especially from North Rhine-Westphalia) and the perfect holiday atmosphere.
The house is a stone house with good insulation and has a solar system.
The cleaners and the gardener come from Julianadorp and are paid fair conditions.
The holiday home is equipped with a solar system and a wall box to make it easier to charge electric cars. The facility's waste management concept is also exemplary. Waste separation is mandatory in the facility and the corresponding containers are within walking distance. The cleaning staff use environmentally friendly cleaning products that are biodegradable. To make the stay as sustainable as possible, guests are provided with helpful tips. These include tips on how to use electricity and water sparingly and how to separate waste correctly. Bicycles and the wall box are available to use free of charge and contribute to an environmentally conscious holiday experience.
